Extron and ISEA Team Up to Advance Scholastic Esports with Pro AV Technology
Extron is collaborating with the Interstate Scholastic Esports Alliance (ISEA), a nationwide coalition of educator-led K–12 esports organizations. This effort aims to empower schools with the audiovisual technology, resources, and expertise needed to build sustainable, high-impact esports programs.
As esports continues to gain momentum in K–12 education, schools are investing in dedicated facilities to support student engagement, competition, and learning. Extron helps to provide the professional AV products, designs, and expertise needed to deliver immersive, reliable, and scalable esports experiences.

“The growth of scholastic esports is moving at a substantial pace and many state athletic associations are now sanctioning esports as an official sport or activity. While many schools are making investments in labs and spaces for their esports teams, others do not know where to start,” says Danielle Johnson, President of ISEA. “ISEA’s partnership with Extron will help provide our schools with the equipment and resources they will need to build a robust esports space for both competitors to play and for students to build vocational skills such as streaming/broadcasting.”

Founded in 2022, the Interstate Scholastic Esports Alliance (ISEA), is a nationwide coalition of educator-run scholastic esports organizations serving grades K through 12. ISEA is committed to advocating for, protecting, and elevating scholastic gaming programs in order to empower all students to use esports as a platform to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Official ISEA-affiliated scholastic competitive gaming organizations include the Texas Scholastic Esports Federation, Garden State Esports in New Jersey, the Missouri Scholastic Esports Federation, the Minnesota Varsity League, and many others across the U.S.
